Most roles are filled within 3 to 5 business days after our initial conversation. Some specialized positions may take up to 15 business days, depending on the requirements.

We start by understanding your role requirements and creating a tailored job description. Once approved, we launch the project and begin our screening process for remote talent in Latin America. Within 5 business days, you’ll receive at least two pre-vetted candidates to interview and select from.

  • Placement Services (one-time): $1,500 for entry-level roles, $2,000 for mid-level roles, and $2,500 for senior-level roles.
  • Workforce Management (ongoing): When you hire through us, we handle payroll and HR. Our fees start at $12 per hour depending on the role and level of experience.

Our vetting process goes far beyond resumes. We assess:

  • Skills & Experience: technical assessments and past performance review

  • Cultural Compatibility: personality and values alignment with your team

  • Language Proficiency: written and verbal English fluency tests

  • References & Background Checks: verified work ethic and reliability
