Placement: With our placing service, we act as a recruiting agency, finding top talent for our clients' businesses. Once we identify a suitable candidate, we charge a one-time placement fee and endorse the employee to the customer company. The customer company is then responsible for paying the employee and providing support for their growth. Essentially, the employee becomes an official member of the customer company, but we help with the recruiting process.
Workforce Management: With our workforce management service, the employee is directly employed by Virtual Wizards and works exclusively for our client. We take care of all the employee management tasks, including payroll and benefits. Our client benefits from having a dedicated employee without the added responsibilities of employment management.
In summary, placing services involve finding top talent and endorsing them to the customer company, while workforce management services involve directly employing the talent and managing all aspects of employment. Depending on our client's needs, we can offer both placing and workforce management services to help them find the right talent and manage their workforce efficiently.

No, we don’t offer free trials of our assistants services. We value our assistants time and yours and believe that the best work relationships are those that involve people who are serious about getting hired and hiring.
The process of hiring a Virtual Wizard is very simple. You just need to fill out a short survey. Then you will have a customer interview with our Recruitment Experts to discuss, more in-depth, you and your company’s needs. After that, our recruitment team will interview and select top candidates based on your job requirements and present you with 3-5 choices for you to choose from to interview. Last, you interview the candidates, select your top choice, and start working with your new virtual professional.
Our Virtual Assistants work standard business hours, Monday through Friday, during your set hours and preferred timezone. If your work/project requires different hours or schedules, including nights and weekends, that is perfectly fine and we'll coordinate with your Virtual Wizard to accommodate that schedule!

Pay rates vary based on your assistant’s skills, years of experience, past work experience, and many other factors.

You’ll pay your virtual assistant through Virtual Wizards. You’ll pay us, and we will pay the Virtual Assistant. We accept Credit Cards/Debit Cards and ACH payment
You are billed the first day of work of your employee and then every 30 days.
In short No. When you start working with a Virtual Assistant from Virtual Wizards, you are not hiring our VAs directly, you are hiring our company’s services, and like with any other service, no taxes are due. Our company handles all the paperwork for hiring our VAs as foreign independent contractors.
If you’re not happy with your assistant within the first 120 hours of work, we’ll replace your current assistant with a new VA at no additional cost to you. In the very unlikely event that you’re not happy with your second assistant after the first 120 hours, or he/she didn’t have the skills needed to complete the tasks you needed to be done during that time, we’ll refund you 50% of your total pay
We assist you in getting your agent onboarded, making sure they are ready and meet all the requirements, but the training comes directly from the employer.
